One to one coaching is a process which supports individuals to focus on their goals, whether they be personal or professional, and find ways to achieve those goals through generating thought-provoking conversations and enabling creativity.

I have been fortunate enough to have received coaching throughout my life and career and have a real interest in helping others to increase their wellbeing and confidence to find new ways to fulfil their goals. I believe coaching has many benefits and I trained as a coach in 2019 in order to help others realise those benefits. Many of the techniques used in coaching align with those used in therapeutic processes including hypnotherapy.

My style of coaching is to work with each client individually utilising whatever tools are relevant to the situation being presented. If you choose to work with me, I will challenge you in a relaxed and safe environment to ensure you get the best you can from the whole experience in order to achieve your goals.
